they called me for registered for paid job service, when i purchased one service after that they told me to purchase one more attached service which is necessary else first paid service will be not applicable, when i paid for 2nd service they told to purchase one more service & on & on.. i have paid big amount when there was nothing to pay more they told no you have not paid full amount hence no service will be applicable to you. i have written mail to nodal & grievance, but there is no response. from one year they are just giving me dates next month this n that. No one is picking call & responding. i have check on internet there are lots of people have lost big amount on this. 2 Jully 2013 i got call from Timesjobs STEP ahead premium service executive. saying that we have some premium service Just you have to pay one time payment rupees 4000 then we will call or email you latest job opening also if you approve will forward your resume to company etc etc… after paying 4000 they say we have one more service like profession resume configuration which is 8000rs. when i said no i am not interested in this, they say no you have to take it else previous 4000rs will have no use.. after paying 8000rs, again new executive calls within 15 min & says now pay for 8000 rs for Swot analysis else previous 8000+4000 have no use…then 10000 for auspicious date service, then 8000 for job shift planner & on & on & on. I have paid 48 Thousand rupees.. at one time when my balance was zero… they said you have to pay 10000 if you want to join WIPRO, 12000 if you want to join IBM etc etc… else we will not give you confirmed job. only you will get basic mail alerts, all previous payments & services will be activated later… from Jully 2nd to 8 Nov i have got only 1 mail from stepahed Timesjobs for as job alert & also i have received draft for Professional resume for which i was actually not interested. i have also receive swot analysis report, job shift planner report etc etc.. which is absolutely useless. I have given lots of complaint mail on stepahead times job service. on mail & on website feedback form. feedback Ticket Id:262269, on 16 sep i sent mail to grievance officer. as i have mention that i am not getting proper service benefits & response from your team please stop all services & refund my money. on 30 sep i got on mail saying that we will refund you 27798 rs which will be full n final amount. if ok please reply on same mail. I agreed & replied for 27798 rs. after follow up from 1 Oct to Today 8 November i am still waiting for that 27798 rs & worst thing is when i called them today ( 8 Nov 2013 ) on 18605005500, to check status all of my order no / services no ( Acknowledgement of Refund for Order Id-334830 / 334877 / 334888 / 334889 / 334890 / 334939 / 334940 / 334941 / 334942 / 334943 / 334944 / 334945 )
