My name is Ayush Tomar, I am from Kanpur,UP, India. I purchased Lays worth rs. 5(INR) batch no. of that product is N312 B, manufacturing date id 15 jan’2014. I found that packet empty it is sealed till now. I have recorded my complain at customer support number 1800 22 4020 of PEPSICO India and I got call from their side from +91-1244228xxx this number on 13 feb’2014 , I told my problem and above details of this product to them. They told me our team will contact you very shortly but nobody has contact me till now. i had also followed up many times for this issue but they didn”t response.

i just wanted that they agree with this fault of his own department of production/packing and replace this pack but they taking it lightly after making me fool. i want some financial relief.
