Lenovo K3 Note Review

This is to inform you that, I have purchased the Lenova K3 Note on July 7th and handed over the phone to replace the touch screen to center Absolute Care, sampigeroad, Bangalore service center on Nov 5th 2015, last week they returned the phone back wihtout replacing or repired once again i went to service center and gave the phone for servicing Again today they called me saying that, they still need another 20 days to relace the touch screen, This is rediculous and staffs in the service center are irresponsible, they never receive the calls when we try to connect with them for clarity or update. I communicated with Lenova technical team and raise the compllaint, (Ref# 218790098 (mohammed) & Ref# 218949148 (Rita) but its off no use.. What is the uality you are maintaining the quality as i have purchased thsi mobile from just a 4 months, moreover service center is taking 2 months to just replace the touch screen, i request you to please replace the moble phone as it is a manufacturing defect.
