Micromax A111 Mobile Performance Issues, No Service

Dear Sir/Madam, I have purchased the handset of Micromax A111 have suffered a lot. The handset doesn’t work properly. I took it to the local service provider two times. Now they say they don’t have parts will take it another 20 days. I tried to call their tollf ree no. but nobody responds to the no. 18605008286. I wrote the mail on info@micromaxinfo.com. My basic grievance is there is nobody to listen the grievance. Forget about addressing. The service network is poor just to lodge the complaint it takes 2 hours. There is a que for registering the grievance. There is no monitoring system of grievance addressal by the company Micromax. Request you to look into the matter and take stringent action for their casual approach

I want the handset to be replaced immediately along with a spare handset so that if the handset fails(which happens recurrently)
