Yepme.com – Poor Product Quality, No Replacement

I had applied for a replacement on july 8th 2014 & sent my product on that day itself. They received my product on 9th july. Its been 2 weeks but there is no response from them & the customer care people are saying we didn’t get your product. I have the proof that they had received my product by name of YEPME.COM. I received a worst product from a worst website & the worst customer care people.

I need immediate response from the company and I need immediate replacement. I have the proof of the courier screen shot that they received my product. PFA
