Sir, I made a Permanent Deactivation request for my MTS data card number 8645963xxx on May 05, 2014 and also I have settled the balance upto the date of May 06, 2014. When contacted customer care again, they are telling that you have only been temporarily, and we will charge you every month, even though I have cleared all the settlements with them. I want my DATA CARD to be Deactivated Permanently and a Confirmation for that.
The Customer Care Executive of MTS is taking so much time to respond which drains my mobile balance economically. Since, I am a BP patient, these kind of economic threats are increasing my BP level and also the Chances of Heart Diseases. It also Disturbs me Mentally. It also made me to waste my time and skip my job, which made my family members to suffer economically as I am the Only earning person in my family.
I Need a Compensation, of INR Rs. 10 Lakhs for threatening me Economically and Increase Chances of Heart Diseases as I am a BP Patient and also Mentally Disturbing me. Whatever Happens to My Health, the MTS , Sistema Shyam Teleservices Ltd., will have to compensate in future for threatening me Economically and disturbing me mentally.
