I have ordered stainless steel dinner set which was displayed on television(naaptol) but they sent another item. When I talked to them they answered very rudely and told that they would not give back my money instead will give voucher. As I not satisfied and I want my money back.My total money is 6796 rupees.item id is 8761. Order no. 8938357 date:18/4/2014. E-bill no.3153 Kindly help me.
