Dear Sir I have purchased Spice dual core Android phablet MI504 from home shop 18 vide Order No. 942134357 dtd. 30.03.14. I have received the by First Flight Courier on 05.04.2014. The Mobile has a charging problem and i reported the same to the home shop over the phone on dated 06.04.2014. They instructed to send the device and given sub order No. 75424659 and their address by sms. I had dispatched the devise by Indian Postal Service vide con. No. CO017567722IN. DTD. 09.04.2014. But the IPS returned the parcel by mentioning the farm has not registered on 10.05.2014. I had also pledged a complaint against IPS vide complain No.754000-05301 dtd 23.04.2014 regarding delay of delivery of parcel. after receiving the parcel I called Customer Care center of Home Shop18 regarding the return of device. They instructed to resend the device and given another address other then they given by sms. However I had send the parcel by DTDC Courier vide Consg. No. D15271431 dtd. 12.05.2014. The DTDC Courier re sending the parcel by mentioning the shipment returned due to receiver refuse to receive the parcel. When i show the tracking status as above, i immediately called the customer care regarding the refuse to receive the parcel by their company. The customer care executive only said the will resolve the issue with in 48 hours. The Company never called back and till to day the issue not resolve the company.
I will heartily obey the judgement given by you on the above case. The strict action should be taken against the company. They misguide the customers. I want all the money i spent.
