I had bought a Panasonic fridge model no NRA190SSIN on 8th feb 2012, invoice no 230470 from bismikochi. Last april my fridge door came off its grooves situated at the bottom , and hence I got the DOOR replaced by panasonic service technician for 1500 rs (approx).

The fridge was not covered under warranty. Off late I found that small ants , and later other insects roaming around in door part of the fridge. I again made complaint to the panasonic (R290115096194 ON 29TH JAN 2015), as a responseTO which their tecnician Mr Rajeev came over (he was the same person who replaced it)and informed that door hinges have to be changed. This said this man never ever bothered to come back. On our repeated calls he would give lame excuses .Frustrated of his attitude I again called up panasonic on the 28th of feb , I was informed that tecnician would come to attend my fridge and also was given the area sales managers contact number(I was not given any registration no.). Neither THE tecnician turned up nor the call made was attended. I made the next call to panasonic on the morning of 1st march on which I got the shocker that my complaint has been attended as per the system , on confrontation my complaint was AGAIN registered and on insisting got the complaint no R010315014467.

I am shocked at the attitude shown by the panasononic. I am a home maker a mother of a 5 year old daughter. I frustrates me to see the sight of cockroaches running around my fridge when I open the fridge in the morning . I need not explain the health concern of such a scenario.
