ROYAL SUNDARAM Mediclaim Not Settled

I am avirup mitra a policy holder of royal sundaram and applied for a reimbursement but have not received it from last 3 months.they not even contacting us as well.when we are calling them on their phone number they are making delays. Because of that reason i am not able to pay my bills of the hospital.please help me out. I want my claim as soon as possible else I will appeal against the company with IRDA.
