It is been more than one year that Reliance is charging me illegally in the name of VAS activation for which the request was not from my side. I have complained to their customer care and sometime they have refunded me some amount but they continue to charge me like this even after that. Earlier they used to message me for every deduction but not they deduct from my balance without any message/information. This is my 4th complaint for the same issue with Reliance but still I have not got any satisfying solution to my problem.
