I applied for YOU broadband on 01 july 2014 by online registration and payment of 2676 RS approx. upfront but it took them 45 days to install my broadband and after one week it has stopped working and even after so many complaints on customer care and even on mails no one has resolved my problem yet. my broadband is not working for 15 days. Have tried there customer care, mailed them, there technical team is not picking my calls. They have literally robbed me of my money and time.

As my broadband plan was for one month and it worked only for one week and before that they took the money upfront and didn’t provide any service for that 45 days so I want not just refund but compensation for harassment they have caused me in these 2 months.
