I have raised a request for internet connection on 14th of June 2014 and sales person took documents and money on 16th of June 2014 stating that I will get internet connection within 48 hours and today it’s 23rd of June and I have yet not got any call from any of the technical person. I am calling these people from last 5 days and I always get the resolution that I will get the connection within 24 hours. When I have called on 21st, the executive told me that I will get the call from their manager but I have never received any call from Manager’s side. Then I have called on 22nd and the person told me that the port is not available and the technical team is working on it and I will get the connection by evening. Then I have called today and the person gave me same resolution. I asked the procedure to take the money back then the person told that they will take 45 to 60 days to return my money. They are promising that the internet connection will installed within 2 to 3 working days but it is been around 6 working days and I have yet not got any response from their side.
They should install the connection by 24th of June 2014 by the end of the day or else refund my money by 25th of June 2014. I have also wasted 3 to 4 hours to make calls to their customer care without any luck so I want the compensation the time I have wasted to contact the support.
