i have submitted my mobile for repair with authorised service centre of xolo on 26 may 2014. even after 1 month i have not got my mobile back and they are telling that it is in factory somewhere in noida. they are stalling me continuously. please look into my matter prashant tiwari imei no- 911310450941506
economic damage as i was in varanasi during submission of mobile . as they have given a time frame of 15 day . but after 20 days i returned back to ranchi so i have to specially go to take the phone back.
