Reliance Tele – activating VAS services balance deduction

first time when they deduct my money regarding WATS up pack I called them and ask for deactivation and my amount that they deduct they said they cannot refund my money but they deactivate my pack so next time this will not happened, but again the same issue was happened in this month of April and they deduct my money, last six time I had experienced that they deduct lots of my amount by activating VAS services by themselves and deduct my money, now this is 3 rd time I am paying for this pack and it is because they won’t deactivate last time I am again suffer the same issue and last time also they waste my around 2 hrs and today again they waste my 2 hrs and they replied very unprofessional way saying like don’t time pass on call, etc.last time also same thing happened they promise next time any amount will not deduct regarding the same but they deduct and I also heard from other so many customers of reliance they are also facing same kind of issues like activation of pack without knowledge and deduction of amount.

first thing they waste my lots of time i want to file complaint against the all to whom I talk last time and this time against Ashraf, want to put penalty on the company, want my money back with compensation and want them do not pack on my number without my knowledge ask my permission before deducting any amount for any service, cancel autoactivated packs and also company cancel this flash messages and auto activation packs
