I have purchased Philips Beard Trimmer QT4000 on Sunday 21st Sep. 2014 through my mobile apps. Amount got deducted through my credit card Rs. 892/- with transaction ID 26501098533. At final stage after amount deduction I have see massage “Thanks you very much, continue your shopping with shopclues” but I haven’t received any order ID on my mobile or email. I have called shopclues.com but but nobady answer me. Nobady picking-up my call.

I want my amount return back to my credit card account with mobile calling charges to them. i want total Rs. 1000/- to my credit card account.
