As the number 989933xxx has not been activated, you are requested to deregister and stop all activity pertaining the number. I have serious apprehensions about Vodafone’s customer service as well as being mislead by their agent. Serious “Deficiency in Service on Vodafone’s part”. I have already spent Rs. 100 for getting a favourable no. 989933xxx which was not given to me. You are requested to do the needful and oblige. Reimbursment of Rs. 100 and Vodafone should be reprimanded to be wary of unscrupulous agents, who harass the customer. Since all the above activity was through phone calls and email, I have the copies of the same.
