I ordered a Samsung 16gb card for cash on delivery SnapDeal , i have not received it, mailed them a lot, and customer representative providing fake information, leading to loss of my time and frustration.they are asking me to place the order again and providing false information, leading to mental harassment.
i want them to send it immediately else any compensation for it. and i want them to realize that people doing online shopping are not fools. i want them to take such issues seriously.
