I currently own a Yamaha Fazer (OR 19 J 7643) and ‘m very happy with the motorcycle. But I’m not at all happy with the service of my local dealership. This is the 3rd time I went trough a bad service experience, so I would like bring to your notice. I have given for servicing the front racer set which was damaged in long run, the left set of indicators which were not working and I have cleared said them not to touch the engine. For this they kept the bike with themselves for 2 full days and they didn’t bother to call me for receiving it on the 3rd day, until I walked to them and asked. Finally I received the bike after paying 1350 excluding the engine oil.
I want the dealer to do the service again in front of me and solve all the Bike’s problem which I have mentioned in the service register while handing over to them for service.
