Dear Sir, I had purchased a Songlow Monitor (Techcom india) in the month of October 2013, after one month the monitor have no powersupply, there after i have sent it to service center Bhubaneswar, they said that this products is sent to Kalkata for replacement, there after one month service center Bhubaneswar told me that Kalkatta service center not responding our call, and you fill a consumer complaint.

I want to replace the monitor with new one. thank u.
