We were promised as per the agreement that we shall get the possession of the flat bu December 2011. But we havent got any until now. Builder is also not paying us the rent.
I’m at a loss of more than 6lacs in the form of rent and the interest paid to the builder.
Immediate possession of the said flat and compensation in the form of 2yrs rent and interest of the money thus far paid to the builder.
