I bought a Xiaomi RED MI 1S mobile phone from FLIPKART.COM on 16 sep 2014. In January 2015 it starts giving problem in charging so on 13 jan 2015 i send the mobile phone to Ensure Support Services Jaipur ,Xiaomi Service Centre. They were supposed to repair my mobile within a week but till date they have not repaired it and now its more than a month. I rang them several time to know the status of my mobile phone but no positive response. After that they said to contact xiaomi customer service so from the last 3 days i am contacing them but they are not solving my problem Xiaomi customer service no is 18001036286

I want them to repalce my mobile phone.
