Airtel Pre-Paid Recharge NetBanking – Failed

I have recharge on 27/02/2015 at 14:20 on my airtel mobile no 75687XX554 with reference ID IG00QVDIY4. I am recharging through net banking an amount of Rs 175 has been deducted from my bank account and recharge has not done. When i contact to customer executive they said it will be refund with in 7 to 10 days time. but recharge i want on immediate basis that’s why i have use the online mode. i want my mony back or recharge today itself. if the fail then i will lodge a case of defamation in civil court. need your intervention on urgent basis.

If the airtel has not return my money today then i want 1500 rs relife as mental damage. or life time recharge by Airtel.
