Dear Sir, I purchased shoes from Woodland Store at Seasons Mall magarpatta city,hadapsar,pune-411 013. Article no is 9C1963114. Its been only a week and the colour of the shoe has faded. I am big fan of Woodland but such things from such a Trustworthy brand are not acceptable at all. PLS find the attached repair slip Detected a manufacturing defect within 20 days of usage and gave it back. The store manager said we will send it to Delhi office and they will take a call if it has to be repaired or replaced. But still no any Progress. Please help for the same.

I want replacement of shoes.
