This mobile company is totally criminal in deducting the money from its subscribers cell phone account.
From last few months they were regularly deducting from my cell phone account without being authorized by me for different value added services. Recently I noticed their cheating and I immediately lodged a complaint to their customer care, But instead of accepting their fault, they informed me that the said value added service was subscribed by me by pressing this…that…. Button, which is totally untrue and mischievous. Anyhow I got it deactivated.
On the very next day I got a system generated call asking me to subscribe a value added service. I immediately disconnected my phone But I was totally shocked to see that the value added service has been activated and Rs25 have been deducted from my account balance.
I again lodged a complaint and again they are saying that the said value added service was subscribed by me by pressing this….that…button, whereas the fact is that I had immediately disconnected the phone.
Now the million dollar question is that
Whether this is technical/ system problem, which is not known to the mobile company ?? or
The mobile company has innovated this most ugly and clandestine method to cheat the mobile users and earn huge revenue??

I request the concerned authorities to look into the matter and enquire the issue by setting up high power enquiry team.
