We purchased uPVC mesh panels from Welltech systems on March 26, 2021. During installation that the quality of the product was very bad and it doesn’t function the way it’s supposed to. We requested that we be issued a refund, as they said that the frame quality cannot be modified. It has been 3 weeks of following up with Venkat Chary, Gyaneshwar and finally Veera Chary to hear that they will not issue any refund. Please help.
