ANNUAL PREMIUM OF THE POLICY, FOR THE NEXT YEAR (JAN'2009)WAS AUTOMATICALLY DEBITED FROM MY SAVINGS BANK ACCOUNT, BEING MAINTAINED WITH THE BANK (AS A PART OF SERVICE, AS DESCRIBED DURING ENFORCEMENT OF THE POLICY).

I ankush Kulkarni had purchased Byond 600 phone from 'Smart Sales Ratnagiri 'on 14/02/2009. I have got 02 batteries with this phone from which 01 battery is not get charged & not working (faulty).
The other battery is also get discharged within small time & my phone gets switched off immediately while talking, within pocket.
