I am pandurng ghatage , i recharge bhoomi i wallet of the Government of Karnataka on 10/06/2020 for 500 rs , the amount debited my account but show the recharge successful and the bhoomi i wallet is zero. please solve the problem. I have loaded my account with Rs 500 on date 31/05/2021 10:14 am the amount is debited from my account but the wallet is not loaded after some time again i tried to load but is this time wallet is loaded but i have lost my 500 Rs of first recharge: website i used is https://rtc.karnataka.gov.in/ any of their helpline numbers are working how irresponsible of this being a govt website
