Snapdeal – Product Not Delivered- Cancellation

I would like to share my feedback for my experience with Snapdeal. I placed an Order for Apple IPhone 5c for a friend of mine to be delivered on 29 Sep. It was placed on 24 Sep. It has already been 7 Oct and I do not have any information of the item. Guys at Snapdeal say that they have given the Item to Courier company and Courier Company says that they do not have the item. It has been really a terrible experience for Online Shopping through Snapdeal. I have called numerous times and all these people just say is that “We HAVE TAKEN YOUR REQUEST”. It is high time that you guys should start working on these requests of yours. There are people who have spent money and want items to be delivered on time , coz they are not just products but sometimes they are to be delivered on occasions that have emotions attached to them. No one cares about your “TRUST PAY”. I wanted it to be delivered, not my money back. But, you have left me with no other option, than to cancel, as the person has already gone from the delivery address and SNAPDEAL and the courier company are just juggling with customers orders. If you can do anything now, then please cancel my order on time. I do not want it to be delivered now. I want my Order Cancelled and my money refunded immediately.
