We had purchased LG Split A/c (copper make) but we were supplied with aluminium make model and the A/C is not working after a period of one year. Company has cheated us by supplying alumiumium make as we paid Rs. 28,790/- for copper make model. Sales Order No. 2074017564, Cust Ref. 80775912 & Invoice No.90071258 dt. 14.5.2013 – Model LG 1.5 ton split LSA5MR25/M1.5T2 S SAC. Kindly take up the matter with LG company as well as its Dealer Ezone. Company said that we will have to pay Rs. 8000/- for repair of the said A/c. We said why you have supplied us aluminium make to which they have not replied. Kindly look into the matter and sort out our said problem. Thanks & regards, Mrs Vandana Dilip Jagasia

I request that company should repair the said A/c immediately without taking any money from us as they have supplied us wrong model which is deficiency in service. They have supplied us aluminium make model instead of copper make model as we had paid the charges for coppper make A/c machine.
