Aggarwal Packers & Movers – Consumer Experience

I booked Aggarwal Packers & movers services to transfer my household goods from Faridabad to Hyderabad dated 21 February 2021, GC.No.- 4741320. This order is being handled by Mr. Kuldeep (Faridabad Supervisor). As per our deal, the order was supposed to reach the destination directly without sharing with anyone’s order. Also, it was promised to be delivered in 5-6days. Our Truck (HR55 AC 7566) was supposed to move out from Faridabad on the same day of loading i.e. 21/2/2021, however it was moved out on 23rd February 2021 with a shared vehicle.

The vehicle reached our destination on 2nd March 2021 with Vehicle number AP29 TC 0531. Due to delay in delivery, there was an increase in my living expenses, as I had to stay in Hotel for an extra 4 more days, which cost me Rupees 15000/-. Request you to look into this issue also. After examination of our products, we found that lots of our products were torned off and damaged including Sofa, Bed, dressing Table, Washing Machine, Ro Purifier, Kitchen Items. We have opted for the insurance of our belongings.

I paid ₹7300 (approx.) protected for the insurance. Request you to kindly proceed with the Claim process of our damaged products. I have opted Aggarwal Packers for 2-3 times for shifting my products, however this time I have experienced the worst experience ever. It is very frustrating and annoying that nobody is responding after taking a huge amount. Request you to kindly proceed help us with the reimbursement process against Sharing Shifting instead of Direct Shifting. Also proceed with the damaged products investigation and reimbursement process accordingly.
