I recently tried getting Encumbrance Certificate for my property. I had applied on March 18th on https://kaverionline. karnataka.gov.in/ and paid the application amount as well. Due to COVID situation, I had to apply online. As of writing this complaint, till today(8th May), the EC is not available. Sakala Number: IG0EC0000357150 Sakala has time limit for answering applications, but no response from the government office yet.

EC ready to download but not able to download, it throws some error, looks like browser compatibility issues

Respected Sir/Madam, I had applied for online EC on 18/3/2021 for a period of 12 years and i have made the payment as well. Still the status of application is in submitted state only. I kindly request you to furnish the EC details immediately as it is of utmost importance for financial purpose.
