Swiggy Online Food Delivery – Items Missing

What do you mean by clear? You people do not support on chat so that we can provide you as many pictures as you want. After 6 to 24 hours, you ask us to provide pictures. Sometimes you ask us to provide pictures of missing items as well???!!!!!!. Let me tell you I have lost trust in Swiggy. Your support is very poor. 100% time you give excuses. Even if the item is missing you dont refund. IF I were in the restaurant I would have got the replacement or refund… by mistake i subscribed for binge . . but you never resolved any issue. either provide the right item or refund it
