STELLAR SKODA – GUJARAT NOT CLEARING DUES

Surprisingly the Big Brand “SKODA” a leading brand in India & World under brand under banner SKODA INDIA LIMITED. Having its Plant at Aurangabad & Pune, are making such a blunder specially to the Central (GUJARAT} region of India under knowhow of the management.

SKODA was earlier was under TORQUE AUTOMOTIVE & now the same is given to TORQUE AUTOHAUS – STELLAR, for 2 major cities i.e. Ahmedabad & Baroda.

There are some of the Area Managers & Regional Manager of the region with the help of Dealer principals, the sales in the system ORBIT is being manipulated to achieve monthly targets.

The newly appointed dealer M/s. TORQUE AUTOHAUS – STELLAR, for 2 major cities, i.e. Ahmedabad & Baroda from Feb 2019 from the starting of the business have manipulated the sales in ORBIT and the sales target of the month have been achieved. The same can be derived from the Name of the customer in ORBIT sales of the vehicles / chassis with the registration of the vehicles / chassis which can be retrieved online also. To my knowledge there are more than 50 wrong sales / Deliveries in ORBIT but actual vehicles yet not delivered physically.

Also a poor response at service end also as the vehicles are not being picked up timely & having major customer concerns.

This is to bring to your notice as I was working with Torque Automotive since Jan 2018 and effectively carrying the MIS activities, & during my tenure with Torque Automotive had learnt a lot with the systems & the same was appreciated time to time.

Due to some of the situations the complete dealership was been taken over by Torque Autohaus –Stellar from Mar 2019.
Duly after the confirmation of the management had done the Sales & Purchase / Placed the orders on behalf of the organisation.

To bring to your notice the vehicle was invoiced on the last 3 day’s of the month, the vehicle was at company “SKODA” premises was not even loaded from the plant, the same was Invoiced & Sold & Delivered in the system ORBIT, whereas the vehicle was not even loaded from plant.

The New dealer principal including the management team to achieve monthly targets the sales was being carried in system ORBIT, and on other hand the customers were not getting the delivery of the vehicle timely.

Customers used to get the messages from SKODA team for the delivery of vehicle but as the same is not being loaded from plant location how is the delivery of the vehicle possible resulting to dissatisfaction & feel of losing the confidence & creating negative impression on the brand SKODA.

Even the after sales team are giving wrong information regarding the delivery of the vehicle as the actual vehicle is being delivered after 5th of the next month while in system the same is showing delivered / sold in last month.

To add on there was no official appointment letter was given by the company to me after the takeover process was over. I was working on good faith and verbal commitment from the STELLAR team, where in there was no confirmation about the salary & other perks. On demanding the same they said that the same will be given later on, I worked with the team till June 25th 2019, due to no clarity of further actions I resigned on spot as already I was on notice period in which also had clearly thanked all the Torque Automotive Team, & not the STELLAR TEAM as there was no clarity from team, but assisting STELLAR team on ethical grounds, as there was not backup available, on which Mr. Rupen Modi I was being told that the resignation is been given but not accepted from our end and you are working with us, for which I denied due to no further clarity.

Going forwarding as there was no one in the organisation I had been assisting the STELLAR management to complete the month end activities which is again known to Mr. Harjinder Sohal as he was also in Ahmedabad during the said period, and also trained the team for further operations and was not resuming on the services from 11th of the month on which they had served me termination notice which was further on discussion with SKODA management was withdrawn and acceptance to my resignation letter was given.

Instead of appreciating the additional services & training rendered to the STELLAR team & rewarding, I am being alleged & now It has been now more than a month and on demanding the dues with the STELLAR team, they are not even interested in the same and say that I need to get clearance from TORQUE AUTOMOTIVE team as they have not taken of my liabilities.

Have received June salary atrial as there were some of the changed to be made in attendance system as I was visiting Ahmedabad office which I was not able to make due to daily travel to Ahmedabad for which had informed HR Mr Chetan Patel who had committed that will make the changed but had not made the changes and only partial salary was been deposited to which he had said that will be making the changes and will be compensated.

Now I Leave the decision to the SKODA management team and assist me in getting my dues clear and also save the brand SKODA image in the market.
