MY SELF ATUL PRATAP SINGH taken part in Acer Iconia Tablet B1A71 contest for that i have paid Rs 599.00 by my credit card then after a phone 100 bestbuy to take a part in add on cart for the same on 13 apr2014 have paid Rs 9999.00 for NOKIA LUMIYA 1020 also it was told that they will give me 9999 redemption points for further shopping and given ref. id 29914183 but till today i have not received any goods or communication i have contacted many times on phone to 100 bestbuy but no response i have given my dispute form to my SBI CREDIT CARD but they advised me to lodge my complaint with consumer court. please tell us what we can I do. so i am submitting my complaints it is requested kindly ask that company to refund my money please
