In the mid of november 2013 i had registered for a contest organised by 100bestbuy.com.I had paid Rs599 for as registration amount in the contest,after few days i got a call from the concerned authority that i will have to pay Rs5000 for proceeding further in the contest,so accordingly we deposited the amount, the receit of which i got delivered in my mail,and i was promised that i would get a samsung galaxy note3 and an aakash tablet if i win or else only an aakash tablet within a week from the date of payment.It is going to be more than 2 and a half months from that day but i haven’t received my product yet.I have approached via phone their consumer care authority but they don’t give a clear response to our queries and always say that i will get my product within a week.

I want my product delivered at my residence or my money back within the least possible time.I therefore shall be highly obliged if you consider the the above stated matter.
