Dear sir, one day i got a call from 100bestbuy.com about contest in which i won the watch of brand belmonte black dial with the clause of return back your money. But when i got the watch it was not working properly then i called them but most of the time their phone are switch off or out of service. one day call received by sr and i told that please get my money back because the watch isnot workig properly.so i told cash back my money but they refuse and told the cash will be refund only in credit point for next order so i place order for outlander shoe worth rs.624. after my placing the order they donot deliver.

i want the compensation because of rs.3000 and get back my money as well because due to non-deliver of shoe i am not able to attain the interview for job.the purpose of purchase of shoe is to attain the interview.
