Sir, I have placed an order with 100bestbuy.com the online shopping site vide Ref no. 26784155 dated 19.10.2013 for Koutons 5 Formal Shirts. But the Company has dispatched the old/mutilated and used shirts of same instead of brand new shirt as shown on site. Even the product is delievered is not matching with online product.

Now i have to spend more money for the different product from market as i need it and i am being too much harassed by the dealer mentally and financially too. So you are requested to pass an order to compensate us for an amount of Rs. 25000
