,I have advise that 0n 26/05/14 the 100bestbuy had quoted the offer supply of Samsung Galaxy White Pocket Neo (S5312) at a cost of Rs.699?- I placed the order at 14:57:03 hours of 26/05/14 and made payment by SBI creditcard and they given Merchant Ref.No.14594695,EBSPayment ID.25438940 Rs.699/- ACknowledge No.25438dt.26/05/14 but they yet to supply the item.

On receipt of payment their representative immediately call back to me that you must participate in this offer/contest (combo of(HCL Me Champ white Tabket+watch with 100% Cash Back(exclusive deal of samsung galaxy 55 free coupon)otherwise you loose your above money and order will not be materialize,i ultimately accept that offer and made payment through credit care and merchant nref.no.14594860, EBSPayment No.25439277 Ack.25439 Rs.9999/- dt. 26/05/14 given by them.They supplied the Tablet and Watch but not fulfill the order placed with Merchant ref.no.14594695 till date.I have written email on 29,30/5/14,2,4,9,16 and 20/06/14 and letter dt 09/06/14 sent by first flight courier consignment no.J991M0968730 received by them on 12/06/14 by Shri Bhagwan but non was responded.On 12th June i phone on 08067536400 and representative advise me that item will be received by you by 13/06/14 and contest result be advise on 16/06/14 on 23/06/14 i again call them. Some Arun from the customer center attend and without resolving my problem he disconnect the number again i cal some lady attended and without hearing full matter she also disconnect but neither goods received nor information contest result inform on my mobile or my email already with then.It is clear case of cheating of innocent people,So i request you please look into the matter and resolve my problem so that i will get Samsung GalaxyWhite pocket Neo(S5312) at the earliest possible.I am senior citizen.
