I had placed an order for H20 Sea Mineral cleanser worth 900 rs. After the order was placed, the product was not received. upon enquiry, the company cancelled the order and refunded the amount in form of credit points. now every time i place an order, the site asks me for credit card number, inspite of the fact that i have credit in my account. they never send the product but keep fleecing customer and refund the amount charged in form of credit points which can never be redeemed as the would never send the product.
I have lost 1500 rupees and numerous follow up phone calls with customer care on STD line. The mental agony of not getting the product and frustrating customer care experience makes me come to the CORE who can rein in such companies and teach them a lesson in customer care and service. this is a scam being run where customers are made to shell out money which can never be used for buying anything that the company is offering. this is ransom and extortionist business tactic which is highly unethical and scamsters running this company should be punished and brought in media.
I want my money to be refunded in total and case be registered for deficiency in quality of service, unclear and unethical business practices. I claim to be duly compensated for the harassment and frustration arsing out of dealing with such failed companies. The total compensation desired is 1300 rs which i paid for buying the product and 5000 towards the cost of following up, deficient service, mental agony and suffering caused.
