Sir, i have complained in your portal with ID :58159/2/2013 mentioning that i did not get the products after payment although i got the confirmation mail from the site that the products are to be delivered to me . When you forwarded the mail to 100bestbuy.com unit, they promised me to payback my money 5 months ago. But still there is no response from their end.i send a lot of mails to them regarding it .but no response from their side. my contact details : 9958527207

i want compensation for my time consumption and delay of process. If not possible , a legal action against them.
