I had placed an order online on www.100bestbuy.com for a pair of Reebok Shoes on 28.09.2013 vide their order no. 1499757 and the payment of Rs. 1242/- was also made online (copy of cyber receipt attached). On 22.10.2013, their representative called me over phone and informed me that they are unable to deliver the ordered product and hence they are cancelling the order and refund the money back to my account. On checking my account after some days I found that the account has not been credited and when I contacted their customer care on 080-67536400, they informed that money will not be credited instead they will be giving credit points which can be reedemed on future purchases upto 20% of the value in each purchase. A correspondence e-mail to this is attached for information. This is seer cheating becasue I find that since they have cancelled the order they should refund my money in full since I dont want to buy any other product from their website.
My humble request is to provide me refund of Rs.1242/- which has been paid and cost of inconvenience caused to me to be decide by the Consumer Forum.
