Dear sir/ madam I am just writing this mail, because i had made a online purchase of koutons assorted men blazer from 100best buy website but thing is that what i had seen in website is totally different product what i had got and they never bother to inform that stocks is not available we are sending the different design and color As per 100best buy rule if i am opted for cash on delivey i can see the product only after the paymnet and what i did and they cheated me .I had received the blazer on 4 mar 2014 and paid cash on delivery of this product when i had open it was surprised for me that it was low quality product and it was totally scramble and important thing is that i had not received bill for same main intention to write this mail because whenever i coordinate to 100 best buy through call they always disconnected the call firstly they had taken request to exchange the product in which some courier person will come to collect the product from my home but now whenever I call they rudely say no courier will come to collect the product seems like i had lost my money by purchasing online please help me in getting my money back because they are not concern about service always they disconnected the call. I had send many mails but till now no response they are not bother to reply a mail , they always says like appko jo karna hai karo hum kisi se darte nahi hai 4 day before they had taken a request that some courier person will come at my doorstep to collect the document but today i got a mail that u have to send the product to thier regsitered adrress what is going on i dont know I had approach u for the positive reply MY name: Nitin Halwai Mobile no 9773525xxx
Simply i what my money back because they had cheated me like anything and i will suggest to shut down this company because in service part they are zero as compare to other online website
