100BestBuy, – Money Holding, Cheating, Harrassing

I entered a contest run by 100BestBuy, I was asked to pay Rs.699 to enter the contest. I paid the amount.The contest was for a Samsung Galaxy Grand Phone. After 2 days They asked me to pay Rs.6999 for entering the Lucky Draw. It was told that only 12 people were selected for the draw including me and they assured for me winning. so I paid the amount. A gift was given to me after the payment that was a tablet PENTA ISC701-C. It was delivered very late. They did not provide me with further info about the contest and after calling many times I was told that Contest was over and I did not win. The draw was carried without transparency and without informing. The money was credited to my account Rs.7698, but when I tried to use the money towards the purchase I could not use the money I was asked to pay more in order to use my credited amount.Then I was told that I can only use 25% of my money rest I have to pay towards each purchase.I felt very cheated.This is sheer cheating if I have to use my money why should I pay more to them. After two months I wanted to used the warranty services of the product sent but due to the wrong bill I could not use because they sent me the wrong bill that is of PENTA ISC709-C while the product was PENTA ISC701-C. I asked them to send a proper bill but they refused to do so. I mailed them many times but they did not satisfy with the solution. They are still delaying and not helping. Please Help me regarding this matter and take appropriate action. I am attaching the wrong bill. I have the transaction messages in my phone if needed. please use 0 before the phone numbers.

I want my 100% money back. replacement of the product with a proper bill and compensation for my time and money wasted.
