On the date of 25th feb 2014, i made a purchase of one Lacoste T Shirt worth INR 467/\ + INR 125 (shipping charge)= 592 IR. and as soon as i made the payment online the in-boxed me wit an incomplete text on my cell stating that they are sending me my order…But i had my doubts when the caller could not answer my queries clearly and was on a rush to hang up the call. I clearly stated to the guy (when he said that they would be sending the packet through DTDC) that we don’t have private courier services in our region and only India speed post was available. but he said nothing and didn’t even listen and said “NO PROBLEM”!!! next day when i checked into my email, no confirmation mail was sent to me, i checked with the website and logged into my created account there and all they had was a reference no #29219512 with a DTDC website link. I tried to track the item with dtdc using the reference no but it came up as “AWB/REF NO…29219512, could not found. Please contact Customer care (local code)33004444”. again and again. this went on for some days until 28th Feb 2014, i decided to call them up myself using the customer care provided in their website. a guy picked up the call and personally he was the most rude, cold cc executive (from his attitude, i believe he either had to be the impudent proprietor)that I’ve ever come across. when i inquired on my purchase, that snotty-nose calmly said that they have not yet shipped it and also had the guts to say that he’ll be shipping it only on coming Monday i.e today 3rd of March 2014. on my question on why it took so long (4 days) to least inform me, he put me on hold for a more than a minute and again rudely said that ‘that was it’ and on my request to be more audible, he hung up on me!!! well i took that in and believed on their promised day i.e today 3rd March 2014, when i received a call from 100bestbuy around 12:27 and had the audacity to tell me that my purchased product was out of stock and that they were sending me another product of another name which i had not even seen or heard. Having lost my patience at this point. I asked them to cancel the order and refund my money because i felt duped by 100bestbuy’e insolence.Fraudulent websites like 100bestbuy must be shutdown and their proprietor should be punished with full extent of law…
I seek my refund in full and whatever the forum thinks should be done. which would be to shut 100bestbuy.com as soon as possible so that many more people could be saved from their fraudulence.
