Non delivery of Loafer Black Men Shoes ordered on September 25, 2014 (Ref id: 32442330) I had ordered the shoes on Sep 25, 2014, however even after waiting for 15 days i have not yet received the shoes while the assured delivery was 2-3 days. I have called the 100 bestbuy more than 15 times in last 15 days, however no proper answer was received for the same. Each and every time i have received different answer for non delivery of products. Some of the answers received are as follows: 1. Non receipt of payment (Although i have made the payment through credit card and mailed them the same for confirmation) 2. Address confirmation call not answered (No other website follows such mandate) 3. Rejection of order (No proper reason for the same) 4.Non availability of product. The officials told me that you have ordered the product using COD facility although the payment was made using credit card. Raj Singh TL – told me that payment is not credited to them so send us the proof of payment. I have mailed them my credit card online statement via mail dated Oct 01, 2014. He assured me that problem will be resolved within 24 hours, however it still remains unresolved. Next day they told me that they will credit the amount in my account and i need to reorder the product, however not yet received the refund. Every time after lot of argument they assure me of dispatching the product next day, however no confirmation is provided for the same. I have requested thrice to lodge a complain however they have given me only 1 complain no. 9481698. When i login to my online account on 100best buy the order history is blank. At least the orders details should be there. Even after ordering the product i was not given any confirmation message or mail from the website which is just the opposite of other big website who provide the details of the order. Ref id 32442330 was given after repeated request from my side. I have attached the scan copies of the mails send to 100best buy and screen shot of website showing my order history as nil.
Compensation of Rs. 25000/- (Twenty five thousand only) I had to undergo severe mental trauma after ordering the product from the website. I have also suffered financial losses as mentioned above. I would like the website to compensate me for the mental and physical stress which i had to undergo. I would also like them to compensate me for the time which i wasted instead of buying from other website. My sincerely request to you is allow me the compensation of at least Rs.25,000 for wasting my 15 days on the problem. Compensation should be given keeping in mind the mental stress which a customer undergoes. We should not allow such website to sell their products whose main motive is cheat customers.
