I order for combo pack of koutons shirt on 4th April 2014. Till this date I didn’t received any tracking number or order number of my purchase. The amount got debited. I called their customer care several time and they make me to wait for 20 minutes and no response from their side. Two three time I talked to their call centre executive and none of the responded in a proper manner. I send mail to them and in their reply mail on MAy31st they told they will refund the amount in 15-20 day s but it is also not happened.

I need my money or product. And also need a compensation for waiting and loosing my time to running behind this issue.
