Dear Sir/madam, I have ordered 3 blackberry original shirts from 100bestbye.com via telephonic, i received and given cash payment to Currier, when I have open the same packet I was shocked, it was totally duplicate product. I had immediate inform to your customer care executive, they told us “don’t worry our Currier boy will Collect the same packet and amount will be refund to you with in one week. now 3 months left and I have more than 50 times told to your customer care executive, but answer was same “don’t worry our Currier boy will Collect the same packet and amount will be refund to you with in one week.” At last I have sent this packet by myself from outside Currier company (Trackon currier shipment id: 401340393). Request you to please take an action for concern department(don’t make a foolish to customer “) and clear their wording and commitment. and also request you to please get resolve my concern as soon as possible.
