100mobiles – Negligence and fraud service

Sir,I have ordered on Dt26/10/2014 a Sony Experia C purple mobile through Junglee.com.In its website a seller was 100mobiles which had the lowest price of the mobile and it claimed to deliver in my location.I have paid Rs15890/ through Citrus pay.My order no is FQRSADOMU and Citru pay merchant no is 1407523652. But it could not deliver my product and a person called me from mobile no 7503126966 and told you refund money from citrus pay.I immediately called citrus.they told that if they could not deliver product within 7days we shall refund your money.On 12/11/2014 Citrus pay sent a email to me writing me that a refund has been processed and you shall get money within 7 to 10 days.But yesterday citrus again telling me on mail that it cannot refund money you get from 100mobiles.But 100mobiles is not responding at all

Sir as I want my Rs 15890 be refunded as early as possible with another Rs15000 as I have to spent once more for the negligence and fraud of Junglee.com,100mobiles and Citrus Pay.The main role is of Junglee.com as it is keeping fraud seller 100mobiles in their site
