This is to inform you that I have done my Washing Machine servicing thru 24×7 Home Care services (searched thru web site http://www. 24x7homecare.com/ ) on 12th of May 2016. They have charged Rs. 2800/- and changed PCB (with 3 months’ guaranty) and sensor ball. The Job no. is 165145 Mobile no. is – 9212112088. After 2 months the sensor ball was again changed and charged Rs 700. I have all the bills as proof. Again on 5th Aug PCB was get defected which was prepared by them after several calls and waiting for 2 days. Today again I am facing the same problem that was corrected and charged with me twice. The problem is coming frequently again and again. This is to request you that plz do the necessary action against him and asked them to return my money.
